Accessibility Statement

This statement covers WattNook’s entire public website, including the calculator and product dialogs. Site-wide conformance has not been established. WattNook uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target; this is not a certification or a claim that the site has achieved conformance.

Report an accessibility barrier

To report a barrier, email wattnookguide@polsia.app. If possible, include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you used.

Kiburi Crozier monitors accessibility reports until further notice. WattNook will acknowledge a report within five business days.

Investigation and repair

Polsia investigates reported technical barriers and repairs them. Barriers that prevent people from completing core tasks receive priority. Quality assurance retests the affected experience before a report is closed. No fixed repair deadline is promised.
