Privacy Policy
This page summarizes data-related features visible in the current WattNook application code. It is incomplete because the available source does not establish the live deployment settings, data-retention rules, or the full privacy practices of the site operator.
Practices not established by available information
The available application code and published materials do not establish:
- The responsible legal entity, applicable locations, effective date, and privacy contact.
- Whether page-view analytics is enabled in production, what Polsia processes, and its retention period.
- How account, session, verification, and funnel-event records are used, retained, and deleted.
- The cookies and browser storage in use, any other service providers, and any cross-border processing.
- The process and applicable rules for access, correction, deletion, objection, and other privacy requests.
- Whether the site is intended for children or has any age-related data practices.
Features present in the application code
The checkout includes email-and-password account features. Its authentication data model includes user email and name fields, account and verification records, and sessions that may include IP address and browser user-agent fields.
When a deployment supplies the analytics setting, the page-view analytics component creates a random visitor identifier in browser local storage and sends a page-view beacon to Polsia. WattNook also includes a first-party funnel-events feature that records an event and session identifier, event type, source attribution, optional destination, and timestamp for aggregate reporting.
The public contact page uses an email link. The application does not submit that message through a WattNook contact form.
External product links
WattNook publishes direct Amazon.com U.S. product links and may earn a commission on qualifying purchases, as described in its Affiliate Disclosure. This page does not describe how Amazon or other external sites handle information.
